A. Since all items are handmade, the standard production and inspection period is 90 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a shipping notification email.

A. After shipping, we will email you the tracking number. You can use it on the courier’s official website (EMS, DHL, etc.) to check detailed delivery status.
