Thank you for shopping at BabyMaro. We specialize in providing you with meticulously handmade doll clothing. Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. About Handmade Custom Goods

Please note that all goods sold by BabyMaro are handmade and custom products. Each item is imbued with the maker's care and may possess subtle, unique handmade traces. This is not a quality issue but rather a characteristic and charm of handmade products.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1.  Cases where we accept returns/refunds:
    Goods damaged during transport: Please be sure to inspect the package upon receipt of the item. If you find the item was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant photo or video evidence. After verification, we will remake it for free or issue a full refund.
Goods with significant manufacturing defects: Problems that render the item unusable, such as unraveling seams, detached accessories, etc. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make a claim.

2.  Cases where we cannot accept returns/refunds:
    *   Returns for reasons other than quality issues.
    *   Returns due to customer's personal reasons, for example:
        *   Changed your mind or no longer need the item.
        *   Chose the wrong style, size, or color.
        *   The item doesn't match your doll perfectly (please confirm sizing before ordering).
        *   Disagree with the color difference between the actual item and the picture (display variations may occur).
        *   Return requests due to "handmade traces" or "not as imagined."
    *   Any item that has been used, damaged, washed, or had its tags removed.
    *   Any items sold on sale or clearance.

3. Return Process

1.  If you meet the return conditions outlined in Section 2 of this policy, please first contact us via email at maro@babymaro.shop and include:
    *   Your order number.
    *   A detailed description of the problem.
    *   Clear photos or video of the problematic item.
2.  Our customer service team will review your application and respond within 1-2 business days.
3.  Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
4.  Please note: We cannot process packages returned without prior approval.

4. Refund Processing

*   Once we receive and inspect the approved return item, we will immediately notify you of the refund status.
*   If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
*   The processing time for the refund depends on your payment service provider and usually takes 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
