Shipping and Logistics Policy

Thank you for choosing BabyMaro. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated timelines, and respective responsibilities once an order is placed. Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Handmade Craftsmanship: All BabyMaro products are meticulously handcrafted to order.

  • Standard Lead Time: Orders typically require 90 business days for production and rigorous quality inspection.

    • Note: For Doll Stands, please refer to the specific delivery timeframe listed on the product detail page.

    • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Fulfillment: Once production is complete, your package will be dispatched immediately. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Destinations, Methods & Shipping Fees

  • Worldwide Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to most global destinations.

  • Carriers: Depending on your location and service availability, we utilize premium carriers such as International EMS, SF Express International, DHL, or other suitable logistics partners.

  • Shipping Costs:Free Shipping is provided for all Doll Clothing items.

    • Doll Stands: For destinations outside of Japan, shipping fees will be calculated and charged based on the prevailing rates of the Japan Post.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time = Production Lead Time (90 business days) + Logistics Transit Time.

  • International Transit Time: Generally ranges from 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs efficiency.

    • Disclaimer: These are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Potential Delays: * Transit may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, local holidays, severe weather, or other force majeure events.

    • ⚠️ During global health emergencies or periods of regional instability, mandatory logistics controls may cause unexpected delays beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • You may monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier’s official website (e.g., Japan Post, EMS, or SF Express tracking portals).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees as determined by the destination country's regulations.

  • All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • BabyMaro has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information prior to ordering.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately at maro@babymaro.shop. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings, we will either remake your item or issue a full refund.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If significant damage is visible, refuse the shipment and take photographic evidence immediately. If you discover internal damage after acceptance, please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence so we may assist you with a resolution.
